Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in advanced project scheduling, cost control, and risk management with hands-on experience in Primavera P6. The role requires managing planning and scheduling for marine, heavy civil infrastructure, or complex building projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective project control.

  • Develop, monitor, and update project schedules using Primavera P6.
  • Perform schedule analysis and forecasts to ensure timely project delivery.
  • Support project teams with cost control, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
  • Prepare detailed project progress reports, dashboards, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to track project milestones and address variances.
  • Identify project risks and delays, propose mitigation measures, and update risk registers.
  • Ensure compliance with company planning procedures and industry best practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • 8–12 years of planning experience, preferably in marine, heavy civil infrastructure, or complex building projects.
  • Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6.
  • Strong knowledge of project controls, cost management, and risk assessment.
  • Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
