Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6/MS Project.

  2. Develop baseline programs, recovery schedules, and look-ahead plans.

  3. Monitor project progress and update schedules on a regular basis.

  4. Analyze delays and recommend corrective and recovery actions.

  5. Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, procurement, and site teams.

  6. Track manpower, productivity, procurement, and material delivery status.

  7. Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and management presentations.

  8. Support claims preparation and delay analysis when required.

  9. Ensure compliance with project milestones and contractual obligations.

  10. Participate in progress meetings and provide planning updates.

  11. Monitor fit-out activities and sequencing for high-rise and hospitality projects.


Desired Candidate Profile

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

  2. Minimum 8–12 years of experience in construction planning and scheduling.

  3. Mandatory experience in:

    • Interior Fit-Out Projects

    • High-Rise Buildings

    • Luxury Hotel Projects

  4. GCC/Qatar experience is mandatory.

  5. Strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.

  6. Excellent knowledge of construction sequencing, project controls, and reporting.

  7. Ability to handle multiple fast-track projects.

  8. Strong communication and coordination skills.

  9. Valid QID/NOC preferred.

  10. Must be available to join immediately.
