Roles & Responsibilities
We are currently looking for a Senior Planning Engineer with experience in pump stations, infrastructure, sewage water treatment, and potable water projects for our newly awarded project.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
10+ years of experience
Desired Candidate Profile
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Planning Engineer with 10+ years of proven expertise in large-scale infrastructure projects, particularly high-capacity pump stations within EPC environments.
*Extensive experience in project planning, scheduling, and control using tools such as Primavera P6 / MS Project
*Strong background in EPC project lifecycle: Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Testing & Commissioning (T&C)
*Demonstrated expertise in developing and managing baseline schedules, recovery plans, and resource-loaded programs
*Proficient in Critical Path Method (CPM), Earned Value Management (EVM), and delay analysis (EOT claims)
*Experience in interface management across multidisciplinary teams (civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation)
*Solid understanding of pump station systems, including mechanical equipment, pipelines, and associated infrastructure
*Familiarity with risk management, cost control, and progress reporting frameworks
*Preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineer with hands-on experience in Oil & Gas or similar process-driven environments
