Senior Planning Engineer ALSTOM

You ll play a key role in delivering Turnkey projects, ensuring they align with contractual requirements and exceed customer expectations. Day-to-day, you ll work closely with teams across the business (engineering, procurement, and project management), coordinate schedules, and provide critical insights to drive project success.

You ll specifically take care of developing, maintaining, and monitoring client and working schedules, but also supporting the team with progress analysis and reporting.

We ll look to you for:

• Participating in the development, monitoring, and maintenance of the Detailed Project Schedule
• Tracking, monitoring, and forecasting progress across all project phases
• Maintaining the project s document database records
• Providing insights into project progress by analyzing schedule and progress data
• Preparing regular reports and delivering feedback on project progress and critical issues
• Issuing executive reports and creating visual presentations to clearly depict project status
• Recording delays, conducting root cause analyses, and supporting the review and preparation of contractor claims
• Coordinating and communicating with various functions within the project controls team and other project team functions
