Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Monitor, supervise, and direct all planning and scheduling activities for contractors and subcontractors.

  • Review, validate, and approve contractor baseline schedules, progress updates, and resource plans in line with contract conditions.

  • Implement and ensure compliance with corporate planning standards.

  • Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts and bottlenecks through coordination with project teams and PMC.

  • Develop and maintain automated reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPIs to track project progress and performance.

  • Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Conduct deep-dive data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations.

  • Validate data from contractor reports and presentations.

  • Perform system maintenance, updates, and troubleshooting to ensure optimal functionality.

  • Act as the central point of contact for planning and reporting, collaborating with cross-functional teams and the PMC.

  • Assess project risks and maintain the project risk register.

  • Present complex data and project status clearly to management and stakeholders.
