Senior Planning Engineer

Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on approved work orders and customer demand.

Utilize SAP (PP/MRP) to plan material requirements, review stock levels, and ensure timely replenishment of raw materials and consumables.

Use Primavera P6 for creating, updating, and controlling production schedules and contingency plans.

Follow up on production progress to ensure alignment with scheduled timelines.

Analyze daily production performance; identify deviations and implement corrective actions.

Monitor material consumption, optimize stock levels, and reduce waste.

Coordinate closely with Production, Technical Office, Maintenance, Procurement, Logistics, and Warehouse teams.

Review stock balances and initiate procurement or internal transfer requests when needed.

Support continuous improvement projects to enhance efficiency, reduce downtime, and improve planning accuracy.

Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, material flow, and production cycles.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production documentation.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make decisions based on trends.

Excellent command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel (advanced formulas, reports, and data analysis).

Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

High attention to detail, accuracy, and problem-solving abilities.

Ability to work under pressure and adapt to sudden changes in production priorities.

Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of making decisions independently when needed.
