Roles & Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Develop and manage detailed project schedules using industry-standard software.
  • Coordinate with civil and MEP teams to ensure seamless integration of all project components.
  • Monitor progress, risks, and delays, implementing corrective actions where needed.
  • Optimize resources, workflows, and project sequencing to maintain efficiency.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, contractors, and clients for effective project communication.
  • Ensure compliance with construction standards, contracts, and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

QUALIFICATION:

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in planning, scheduling, and project coordination.
  • Strong background in civil and MEP construction projects.
  • Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Master s degree in Construction Management or Engineering (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, or other scheduling tools.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

NOTE:
Candidate should have a valid Iqama ID minimum of 3 months 2025
