Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Description:

We are currently hiring a highly experienced Senior Planning Engineer for a reputed and well-established civil construction company based in Dubai. This role is best suited for professionals with extensive exposure to high-rise construction projects and strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, and control.
The selected candidate will play a critical role in managing project timelines, monitoring progress, and ensuring effective coordination across multiple stakeholders to support successful project delivery.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities:
Bachelor s Degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory
Minimum 10+ years of UAE experience, with a strong focus on high-rise buildings (40+ floors)
Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6 for detailed project planning and scheduling
Develop, monitor, and control baseline and updated project schedules
Track project progress, identify potential risks, and prepare recovery and mitigation plans
Prepare and analyze manpower histograms, S-curves, and cash flow forecasts
Conduct delay analysis, prepare claims, and support detailed project reports
Coordinate closely with site teams, consultants, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure alignment
