Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
The Senior Planning Executive will ensure accurate and efficient production planning and scheduling across multiple factories, driving strong material planning, inventory optimization, and on-time customer deliveries. This position also contributes to digital transformation and analytics initiatives within supply planning.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Planning & Inventory Management:
- Plan raw material requirements based on sales forecasts to ensure uninterrupted production.
- Manage safety stock and cycle stock strategies to balance service levels and inventory costs.
- Monitor inventory performance, slow-moving items, and disposals; coordinate corrective actions.
- Drive continuous improvement in planning processes and cross-functional collaboration.
- Ensure compliance with EHS standards and internal planning guidelines.
2) Production Scheduling:
- Develop and maintain production schedules and priorities across factories.
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Sales, and Planning teams to align capacity and demand.
- Release, confirm, and monitor production orders using SAP.
- Track delays, resolve scheduling issues, and improve production flow efficiency.
3) Digitalization & Analytics:
- Design and maintain Power BI dashboards to track supply planning KPIs and inventory performance.
- Automate reports and support data-driven decision-making.
- Contribute to digital tools and advanced analytics initiatives across supply planning.
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
- Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Informatics, or a related field.
- 2 5 years of experience in material planning or production scheduling (MTO & S&OP experience is a plus).
- Strong SAP experience (mandatory).
- Fluent in English.
- Strong analytical mindset, stakeholder management skills, and ability to perform under pressure.
- Experience in digitalization, process automation, or Power BI is a strong advantage.
