Senior Planning & Project Management Engineer

Job Description

Develop, maintain, and update detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or equivalent software.

Establish Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), resource loading, and cost control frameworks.

Monitor project progress, identify variances, and recommend corrective and recovery actions.

Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, dashboards, and executive summaries.

Perform critical path analysis, delay analysis, and time impact analysis (TIA).

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, construction, and HSE teams to ensure schedule alignment.

Support claims, variations, EOT submissions, and contractual planning documentation.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

Minimum 8+ years of experience in planning, scheduling, and project controls.

Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and advanced MS Excel.

Strong analytical, reporting, and project coordination skills.
