Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive projects, programs, and portfolio schedules for multiple projects
  • Integrate project schedules into a master portfolio schedule to facilitate overall project tracking
  • Coordinate with project managers to ensure alignment of project plans and schedules
  • Manage the identification of dependencies and milestones across projects
  • Review and analyze schedule submissions from project teams and contractors
  • Provide mentorship and guidance on scheduling best practices to junior staff
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators related to scheduling efficiency

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline; Master s degree preferred
  • At least 8 years of experience in project planning and scheduling, with a significant focus on portfolio management level.
  • Strong proficiency in scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar
  • Solid understanding of Earned Value Management principles
