Senior Power Platform Developer Microsoft Dynamics 365

Role Summary:

We re hiring a Senior Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and implement advanced solutions using Microsoft Power Platform integrated with Dynamics 365 . You ll lead development of Power Apps, Power Automate flows, and integrations, ensuring scalable and secure solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Solution Development

• Build and maintain applications using Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven) , Power Automate , and Power BI.

• Customize and extend Dynamics 365 functionalities using plugins, TypeScript, and APIs.

2) Integration & Automation

• Develop integrations between D365 and external systems using Azure Functions , Logic Apps , and Data verse.

• Implement automated workflows and business process flows.

3) Architecture & Best Practices

• Ensure adherence to coding standards and ALM practices.

• Configure build and release pipelines in Azure DevOps and manage version control (GIT).

4) Performance & Security

• Optimize application performance and ensure compliance with security standards.

• Implement data governance and security models within Power Platform.

5) Collaboration & Leadership

• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.

• Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and provide technical leadership.

6) Documentation & Support

• Prepare detailed technical documentation.

• Provide training and support for end-users and internal teams.

Minimum Qualifications Education :

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.

Experience :

• 5 8+ years in software development, with at least 3 5 years focused on Power Platform and Dynamics 365.

• Hands-on experience with Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate, Power BI.

• Data verse customization and API development.

• C#, .NET Framework/Core, TypeScript, JavaScript.

• Azure services (Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus).

Certifications :

• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate.

• Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.

• Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations Apps Developer Associate.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ALM practices and Azure DevOps pipelines.

• Familiarity with integration patterns and REST API development.

• Exposure to ISVs and industry-specific solutions.
