u>Solution Architecture & Presales Leadership/u> /p> ul> li>Lead the design and positioning of enterprise infrastructure and end-user computing solutions aligned with customer requirements and business objectives /li> li>Develop: /li> ul> li>High-Level Designs (HLD) /li> li>Solution architecture documents /li> li>Technical proposals /li> li>Bill of Materials (BoM) /li> li>Compliance matrices /li> li>RFP/RFI/RFQ responses /li> /ul> li>Lead solution sizing, architecture validation, and technical assessments for complex customer environments/li> /ul> p> u>Customer Engagement & Technical Advisory/u> /p> ul> li>Conduct customer workshops, technical presentations, demonstrations, and architecture discussions /li> li>Engage with enterprise and government customers to understand business and technical requirements /li> li>Translate customer challenges into scalable infrastructure and end-user solutions /li> li>Support opportunity qualification and strategic solution positioning alongside sales teams /li> li>Lead Proof of Concepts (PoCs) and technical evaluation activities/li> /ul> p> u>Enterprise Infrastructure Solutions/u> /p> ul> li>Design and position solutions across: /li> ul> li>Servers (Rack, Blade, Hyperconverged) /li> li>Enterprise storage solutions (SAN, NAS, SDS) /li> li>Virtualization platforms /li> li>Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI) /li> li>Backup and disaster recovery solutions /li> li>Data center modernization initiatives /li> /ul> li>Design high availability and business continuity architectures aligned with customer requirements/li> /ul> p> u>Cloud & Platform Solutions/u> /p> ul> li>Support hybrid cloud and private cloud architecture initiatives /li> li>Contribute to container platform discussions including: /li> ul> li>Kubernetes /li> li>OpenShift /li> /ul> li>Support automation and orchestration solution positioning with foundational knowledge of cloud-native technologies/li> /ul> p> u>End-User Computing Solutions/u> /p> ul> li>Design and support solutions across: /li> ul> li>VDI and desktop virtualization /li> li>Endpoint management (UEM) /li> li>Collaboration solutions /li> li>Laptops, workstations, and thin clients /li> li>OS deployment and lifecycle management /li> /ul> /ul> p> u>Vendor & Cross-Functional Collaboration/u> /p> ul> li>Coordinate with vendors for: /li> ul> li>Design validation /li> li>Technical alignment /li> li>Commercial and pricing support /li> /ul> li>Work closely with Sales and Delivery teams to ensure successful solution alignment and project handover /li> li>Support customer success initiatives through ongoing technical engagement where required/li> /ul> p> u>Technical Leadership & Knowledge Sharing/u> /p> ul> li>Mentor junior and mid-level engineers across enterprise infrastructure technologies /li> li>Lead internal technical knowledge-sharing and enablement sessions /li> li>Contribute to technical standards, reusable templates, and best practice frameworks /li> li>Support certification and capability development initiatives within the team/li> /ul> p> u>Documentation & Best Practices/u> /p> ul> li>Maintain accurate technical documentation and solution records /li> li>Ensure proposed solutions align with customer standards and industry best practices /li> li>Contribute to continuous improvement of technical templates, solution frameworks, and presales processes/li> /ul>ul> li>Bachelor s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field /li> li>7+ years of experience in enterprise infrastructure presales, solution architecture, or system integration environments /li> li>Strong expertise in: /li> ul> li>Enterprise infrastructure and data center technologies /li> li>Virtualization and HCI platforms /li> li>Backup and disaster recovery solutions /li> li>End-user computing and VDI environments /li> li>Hybrid cloud and private cloud architectures /li> /ul> li>Strong architecture, sizing, and infrastructure design capabilities /li> li>Good understanding of:/li> ul> li>Containers and Kubernetes platforms /li> li>Automation and orchestration concepts /li> /ul> ul> li>High availability and disaster recovery architectures/li> /ul> li>Hands-on or presales experience with one or more of the following vendors and technologies:/li> ul> li> Dell Technologies (Servers, Storage, VxRail, PowerStore) /li> li> Nutanix /li> li> VMware / Broadcom /li> li> Red Hat OS and OpenShift /li> li> Veeam / Cohesity /li> li> Huawei /li> li> Citrix / Omnissa (VDI) /li> li> IBM Hardware/li> /ul> li>Proven experience designing and positioning enterprise data center and end-user solutions /li> li>Strong experience preparing technical proposals, compliance matrices, and customer presentations /li> li>Experience supporting enterprise and government customer engagements is preferred/li> li>Certifications (Preferred); /li> ul> li>VMware (VCP)/li> li>Nutanix (NCP) /li> li> Dell Technologies certifications /li> li> Veeam, Cohesity, or backup-related certifications /li> li> Red Hat certifications /li> li> Oracle Hardware certifications /li> li> Huawei certifications/li> /ul>
