Key Responsibilities:

Engage with prospective clients to assess their needs in software testing, JIRA products, DevOps, application monitoring, and SDLC.

Conduct technical demonstrations and product presentations highlighting the benefits of JIRA Core, JIRA Software, JIRA Service Management, and application monitoring strategies.

Design and propose solutions that optimize JIRA workflows, project management, service management, and SDLC/STLC processes.

Prepare detailed RFP/RFI responses and technical proposals that align with client requirements.

Lead proof of concepts (POCs) and product demonstrations to showcase how JIRA products and application monitoring can enhance client processes.

Collaborate with sales, technical, and development teams to ensure client solutions are designed and implemented effectively.

Stay informed about the latest trends in JIRA products, DevOps, application monitoring, and SDLC/STLC to offer innovative solutions.

Provide post-sales support, ensuring smooth implementation of JIRA products, application monitoring, and testing frameworks.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5+ years of experience in presales, focusing on software testing, JIRA products, DevOps, SDLC/STLC, and application monitoring.

Strong knowledge of JIRA workflows, project management, and service management using JIRA Core, JIRA Software, and JIRA Service Management.

Understanding of DevOps methodologies and SDLC/STLC processes.

Familiarity with application monitoring strategies and techniques to ensure optimal performance and availability of software applications.

Proven experience in delivering technical demonstrations, conducting POCs, and designing custom solutions.

Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex technical solutions clearly to clients.

Ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to deliver successful solutions.
