Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design and optimization of complex business processes, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and operational efficiency.
- Conduct in-depth process analysis, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement through data-driven insights.
- Develop and implement process improvement initiatives, utilizing methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or BPMN to drive significant gains.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in process principles.
- Holds a Six Sigma Black Belt or Lean certification, showcasing expertise in process improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrates 7+ years of experience in process design and optimization, with a proven track record of delivering tangible results.
