Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, optimization, and implementation of manufacturing processes for armored vehicle systems.
  • Analyze current production workflows to identify areas for efficiency improvement and cost reduction.
  • Develop and enforce process standards to ensure product quality, safety, and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, quality assurance, and supply chain, to drive process improvements.
  • Oversee the integration of new technologies and automation solutions into existing manufacturing lines.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for process-related issues.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed process documentation, including work instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff on best practices and new processes.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track process performance and report findings to senior management

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
  • 5-7 years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of leading process optimization projects.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing technologies and process improvement methodologies.
  • Experience with CAD software and process simulation tools (Cero, SolidWorks).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to work onsite and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
