Roles & Responsibilities


The Senior Process Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing manufacturing and operational processes to improve efficiency, quality, and safety. They analyze existing processes, identify areas for improvement, and lead initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce costs. The role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, review, and optimize manufacturing and operational processes.
Conduct process analyses and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth production flow.
Lead process improvement projects using methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, etc.
Collaborate with R&D, Quality, and Production teams to implement new processes or modify existing ones.
Monitor process performance metrics and prepare reports for management.
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and technicians.
Support cost reduction initiatives and process automation efforts.
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Strong knowledge of process optimization tools and methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma).
Proficiency in process simulation and CAD software is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Leadership qualities with the ability to manage projects and teams.
