The ideal candidate will have strong experience in civil construction and infrastructure projects, with expertise in procurement planning, vendor management, subcontractor coordination, and contract negotiations.

1. Lead procurement activities for civil, structural, and infrastructure projects.

2. Prepare and manage RFQs, tenders, purchase orders, and contracts.

3. Source materials, equipment, and subcontractors while ensuring quality and cost efficiency.

4. Evaluate suppliers and negotiate commercial and technical terms.

5. Coordinate with engineering, construction, and finance teams for smooth project execution.

6. Monitor market trends, pricing, and material availability.

7. Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.

8. Maintain procurement records, vendor databases, and reporting documentation.
