Senior Procurement Engineer

Job Summary
The Senior Procurement Engineer will be responsible for managing the complete procurement cycle for mechanical spare parts, industrial equipment, and maintenance-related services. The role focuses on strategic sourcing, supplier management, cost optimization, and ensuring the timely availability of materials required for manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing activities and identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified suppliers.
• Develop and implement procurement and sourcing strategies to ensure cost efficiency and supply reliability.
• Manage purchase orders and ensure compliance with specifications, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare RFQs, evaluate supplier quotations, and conduct technical and commercial comparisons.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and service agreements with suppliers.
• Coordinate with internal departments to align procurement activities with operational requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance and establish long-term strategic partnerships.
• Resolve supplier-related issues, claims, and delivery discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the Finance team to ensure timely processing of supplier payments.
• Support cost reduction initiatives and continuous improvement projects within the procurement function.
• Maintain procurement records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
