Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Role Responsibilities:
- Manage the procurement activities from the moment of receiving the purchase requisition until the goods delivery.
- Conduct sourcing activities to make sure that the company receive the best material at the best cost.
- Responsible for supplier negotiations to obtain the best quality at the best price, payment and delivery terms.
- Provide analysis on the procurement process to ensure generating continuous cost savings initiatives.
- Maintain proper recording and reporting system for the purchase orders and / or contracts.
- You'll be reporting to BU Procurement Manager.
Location: Downtown & 6th of October (According to business needs)
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualifications:
- BA Degree in Commerce, Business Administration or Finance.
- Min 5 years of hands-on experience in the procurement field.
- Strong Negotiation and Communication skills.
- Fluent in English
- Familiar with ERP system preferable SAP

Internal stakeholder as well as Suppliers and Service Providers
