Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes (sourcing, RFQs, POs, and delivery follow-up).
- Select, evaluate, and manage suppliers to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and compliance.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors.
- Ensure procurement activities comply with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with finance, operations, and legal teams.
- Monitor supplier performance and prepare procurement reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
3 5 years of progressive experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing preferably with exposure to financial services, microfinance, banking, or NGO sectors.
Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, vendor management, contract negotiation, and sourcing strategies.
Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills;
Very Good in English .
Advanced Excel skills.
