We re building a world-class product design team, and we re looking for a strong Senior Product Designer. It's a great chance to join while the team is growing, help shape its DNA, influence how it works, and feel your impact.

You ll work on high-impact features used by millions of people, from early research and concept through to polished, production-ready designs. You ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Designers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the design of features from discovery to delivery across multiple product areas
  2. Translate insights from research and data into elegant, user-centered solutions
  3. Create high-quality UI designs and maintain scalable design systems
  4. Conduct or collaborate on user research and usability testing
  5. Present and communicate design work clearly to stakeholders
  6. Mentor and support other designers in the team
  7. Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to ensure quality in delivery

Desired Candidate Profile

Must-Haves

  • 4+ years of professional experience in product design. If you have less experience but believe your skills and portfolio make you a strong fit, we d like to hear from you.
  • Strong portfolio with case studies showing your research and design process, decision-making, and the quality of your UI.
  • Ability to take ownership of projects from idea to delivery
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Figma (our primary tool) and other relevant design/prototyping tools
  • Based in Egypt and open to hybrid work from Cairo

Bonus Points For

  • Strong UI skills with focus on building and maintaining design systems.
  • Strong experience in research and product thinking.
