Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Design end-to-end SME banking workflows covering payments, approvals, account management, and reporting.
Own the desktop web experience as the primary surface while ensuring consistency across mobile web and native app.
Design complex multi-step flows involving roles, permissions, and approval chains.
Build data-rich interfaces including tables, dashboards, and transaction views.
Optimise for speed and efficiency through bulk actions, shortcuts, and friction reduction.
Ensure consistency across platforms while respecting platform-specific behaviours and conventions.
Work closely with product and engineering to ship scalable, system-driven solutions.
Contribute reusable patterns back into the shared design system.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong experience designing web-based products.
Ability to design complex workflows across multiple states, user roles, and edge cases.
Deep understanding of desktop web UX patterns and how they differ from mobile.
Ability to adapt experiences coherently across desktop, mobile web, and native app.
Strong prototyping skills using tools like Framer, ProtoPie, or Principle.
Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, etc.) as part of your daily design workflow.
Strong UX/UI fundamentals with the ability to deliver polished, production-ready designs.
Systems thinker you design for scale, not just for the happy path.
