Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automotive Aftermarket Parts Business Development Senior Engineer to drive growth in our aftermarket parts and accessories business.
This role involves identifying new opportunities, managing customer relationships, and implementing strategic initiatives to enhance market share and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Market Growth: Identify and develop new business opportunities while managing existing customer relationships to drive growth in the aftermarket parts sector.
Market Research: Conduct outdoor market research to analyze trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape within the aftermarket spare parts industry.
Customer Insights: Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform improvements in product offerings and service delivery.
Product Development: Identify and evaluate potential new brands and product lines to bridge market needs with available products.
Sales Analysis: Analyze sales data to uncover growth opportunities and develop strategic procurement plans.
Supplier Management: Prepare and manage regular orders with current suppliers to ensure product availability.
Product Line Expansion: Increase product line items to enhance market share and expand the sales network.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and wholesalers to ensure high satisfaction levels.
Quality Assurance: Collaborate with quality control to ensure all parts meet required standards and logistical requirements.
Part Identification: Identify new part numbers through manufacturer catalogs, TECDOC, market surveys, and feedback from the sales team.
Job Requirements
