About the role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to work on our BNPL (Buy Now, Pay Later) product, focusing on optimizing the checkout, post-purchase journey, and repayments monetization. This role is critical to delivering customer-centric solutions, driving growth through innovative go-to-market strategies, and ensuring Tabby continues to lead the industry in offering impactful payment solutions. You ll work in a fast-paced, data-driven environment, collaborating with Engineering, Marketing, Data Science, and other key stakeholders to deliver exceptional outcomes for our customers and partners.
  • Lead the scaling of a high-volume BNPL product with a strong focus on strategy and execution.
  • Drive customer-centric product development, leveraging insights from customer cohorts to refine features and improve customer lifetime value (LTV).
  • Utilize A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to validate hypotheses and enhance user experiences.
  • Analyze key customer segments, derive insights, and optimize product offerings for core customer bases.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define, track, and achieve product KPIs.
  • Own the product roadmap and ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Drive data-informed decision-making by diving deep into metrics, identifying trends, and addressing areas of improvement.
  • Communicate product updates and strategic plans effectively to cross-functional teams and leadership.
  • Experience: 4+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in scaling high-volume, consumer-facing products.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in customer segmentation, LTV analysis, and A/B testing.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Passionate about building products that delight customers and solve their needs.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to independently lead cross-functional teams and drive impactful results.
  • Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with experimentation tools, analytics platforms, and product design frameworks.
  • Communication: Fluent in English with excellent communication skills to articulate vision and influence stakeholders.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-moving, dynamic environment.
