ResponsibilitiesPartner with client innovation teams, digital units and executive stakeholders to define GenAI product strategy aligned with business goals and sector-specific needsTranslate AI potential into product roadmaps, MVPs and scalable rollouts across both public and private sector organizationsLead discovery workshops and opportunity mapping in high-value use cases for energy, healthcare, retail and governmentCollaborate with global EPAM engineering, data science and design teams to ensure robust, compliant and impactful deliveryEnsure data privacy, localization and ethical AI practices are built into product design and implementationGuide clients through AI adoption maturity from first pilot to enterprise-wide integration Requirements7+ years of experience in product management, in AI/data-driven solutions or enterprise platformsDemonstrated success leading end-to-end product development or digital transformation in one or more of: energy, healthcare/life sciences, retail, Financial Services or governmentAI Practitioner Working experience of GenAI technologies (LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector DBs) and AI/ML lifecycle from ideation to deploymentStrong client consulting skills you can communicate AI value to business and technical audiencesFamiliarity with Middle East regulatory frameworks, sovereign cloud or sector-specific compliance (e.g., healthcare data privacy)Experience leading cross-functional and multicultural delivery teams across business, design, data and engineering Nice to havePrior experience with UAE-based or GCC-region digital programsFamiliarity with Microsoft Azure OpenAI, Google Cloud Vertex AI or AWS BedrockArabic language skills (not required but a plus)Previous exposure to government digital transformation or smart city initiatives We offerEnd of service gratuityPrivate healthcare and life insuranceEmployee assistance programWellness programAnnual air travel tickets for expatriatesRegular performance feedback and salary reviewsGlobal travel medical and accident insuranceReferral bonusesLearning and development opportunities including in-house training and coaching, professional certifications, over 22,000 courses on LinkedIn Learning Solutions and much more*All benefits and perks are subject to certain eligibility requirements
