Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
Define product vision, strategic roadmap, and performance metrics for AI products.
Identify high-impact AI opportunities aligned with user needs and business goals.
Execution & Delivery
Lead cross-functional squads across engineering, AI, design, and business stakeholders.
Drive rapid prototyping and iterative experimentation of AI solutions.
Manage prioritization, sprint planning, and feature delivery cycles.
AI Integration & Evaluation
Integrate AI capabilities into product workflows responsibly and effectively.
Build evaluation datasets, test frameworks, and performance criteria for AI features.
Validate user impact, reliability, and model performance.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
Communicate vision, roadmap, and risks to leadership and internal teams.
Collect insights from customers, partners, and market research to refine direction.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner closely with engineering, AI, data, cybersecurity, and design teams to ensure seamless delivery of AI-powered features.
Align product requirements with technical constraints, security standards, and operational considerations.
Facilitate coordination between business units, government stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure unified execution.
Drive collaboration across dependencies, resolving blockers and ensuring shared ownership of outcomes.
Maintain transparent communication channels to support alignment, decision-making, and issue resolution across all teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Product Management, or related field.
6 10+ years of experience in product management, including experience with AI/ML-driven products.
Strong understanding of AI concepts, prototyping, user behavior, and experimentation.
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, prioritization, and analytical skills.
Experience with AI product evaluation, dataset development, or LLM-based features.
Background in enterprise platforms or government digital solutions.
