Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Own the full product lifecycle: discovery, user research, requirements, roadmap, execution, launch, and continuous improvement.
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with company objectives.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, data, marketing, and operations teams.
- Translate customer insights, business needs, and technical constraints into actionable product requirements and user stories.
- Prioritize the product backlog using data-driven decision-making and clear trade-off rationale.
- Monitor product performance, analyze data, and drive iterations to improve metrics and customer satisfaction.
- Lead go-to-market planning and ensure smooth product launches with all stakeholders.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.
- Guide and mentor junior product managers to elevate the overall product practice.
- Ensure delivery quality while maintaining speed and alignment.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- 6+ years of hands-on product management experience, preferably in tech, AI, or digital products.
- Strong technical understanding and ability to work closely with engineering teams.
- Proven experience defining and delivering products from concept to launch.
- Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in AI/ML, automation, or platform-based products.
- Familiarity with product analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, etc.).
- UX/UI understanding and ability to collaborate effectively with design teams.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to drive product-market fit.
