Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Own the product vision and roadmap for the promotions and rewards domain at Gameball
  • Bring deep understanding of promotional strategies, loyalty mechanics, and campaign design to drive innovation
  • Translate customer needs, market trends, and industry benchmarks into scalable, high-impact features
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver new functionality across gamified rewards, cart-based promotions, and couponing
  • Drive the development of AI-powered tools that help merchants build smarter, more personalized engagement experiences
  • Contribute to hands-on product work: writing feature documentation, release notes, and support guides
  • Lead the intake and management of ad-hoc product requests from clients during integration and presales phases ensuring every custom need is evaluated, scoped, and transformed into a scalable product feature, not just a one-off implementation
  • Balance strategic planning with execution in a fast-paced startup environment

Desired Candidate Profile

5 7 years of experience in product management

  • Strong domain expertise in promotions, rewards, couponing, or loyalty marketing
  • Experience building customer-facing features in SaaS, martech, or e-commerce platforms
  • Familiarity with AI technologies and their application in product workflows
  • Excellent written communication and documentation skills
