Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
This is a full-time, on-site Senior Product Manager role in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Senior Product Manager will lead cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle, define roadmaps, and prioritise development efforts. Should serve as the execution engine for our fast-growing healthcare startup. In this role, you will act as the critical bridge between visionary leadership and engineering execution, translating ambitious product ideas into structured, scalable, and high-impact digital solutions.
Translate high-level strategic concepts from the Founder/CEO into detailed, actionable technical requirements and milestones.
Comfortable working in a lean startup environment with high ownership and hands-on execution responsibilities
Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with objectives.
Coordinate with product, engineering, operations, and external partners
Track timelines, deliverables, risks, and dependencies
Drive agile project planning, sprint execution, and reporting
Ensure smooth communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
Support process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
Help scale internal workflows as the company grows
Desired Candidate Profile
5+ years of experience in Product Management or Technical Project Management for digital products.
Proven experience delivering customer-facing digital platforms at scale.
Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and product delivery processes.
Experience working in startups or high-growth environments is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a business + technology mindset.
Experience with roadmap planning, requirement gathering, and product execution.
Familiarity with healthcare technology, AI-driven products, or regulated industries is a strong advantage.
Strong knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, and modern product management workflows.
Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related fields.
