Senior Product Manager

We re looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our AI-native venture-building team and lead the creation of new digital products from zero to launch. In this role, you ll integrate AI at every stage from synthesizing user insights to rapidly prototyping solutions and guide a cross-functional squad through high-speed discovery, validation, and delivery. You ll work closely with our venture leads to identify high-potential opportunities, then own the product journey from problem framing to market rollout.

The role will report directly to our Chief Product Officer, Marcus Wiberg, and work under a freelance B2B contract with our company headquartered in the Middle East.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead continuous discovery in ambiguous problem spaces framing opportunities through evidence, not assumptions.

• Leverage AI tools end-to-end to accelerate insight synthesis, prototype development, competitive analysis, and strategy refinement.

• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and venture leads to rapidly validate concepts and deliver solutions that meet user needs and business goals.

• Define and prioritize the roadmap based on validated learnings, market potential, and strategic impact.

• Design and run lightweight experiments to test assumptions, de-risk decisions, and measure outcomes.

• Own product outcomes from inception to launch, ensuring solutions are impactful, user-centered, and scalable.

• Communicate clearly and persuasively across technical and non-technical stakeholders, aligning the team around insights, priorities, and progress.
