Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and talented Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will contribute to our mission of enhancing human health and well-being, ensuring that we meet the highest standards of excellence in our industry.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead patient access programs and awareness campaigns to grow product reach.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities.
  • Manage full product lifecycle: positioning, differentiation, and launch execution.
  • Build forecasts, sales projections, and annual budgets for the portfolio.
  • Monitor product performance and ensure achievement of quarterly targets.
  • Support sales teams with strategic guidance, training, and marketing tools.
  • Engage KOLs and VIP HCPs through visits, conferences, and medical events.
  • Mentor team members and contribute to their development.
  • Ensure accurate regulatory documentation for new product submissions.
  • Optimize spending and deliver strong ROI.

Desired Candidate Profile


  • Bachelor s degree in pharmacy, Business, or related field; MBA or Marketing diploma preferred.
  • 6 years in marketing or product management within the FMCG/pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong expertise in consumer "DTC" and HCP integrated campaigns, with proven marketing excellence
  • Demonstrated success in launch readiness, brand building and consumer marketing capabilities
  • Proficient in English with strong digital, strategic & innovation focus
