Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead retention initiatives, customer engagement, feature upgrades, international transaction handling, and operational improvements related to the cardholder experience.
- Craft and execute an ambitious product roadmap for an efficient products activation process.
- Own the entire product lifecycle from rare ideas to full-fledged fintech magic.
- Work closely with legal, compliance, security and core teams to ensure that products meet local regulations and security standards but without killing innovation because we are about balance.
- Keep an ear to the ground on market trends, user behaviour, and competitors to keep us ahead of the game.
- Be the glue between engineering, designers, marketing and compliance making sure everyone s on the same page
- Work hand-to-hand with UI/UX wizards to create a smooth and intuitive experience.
- Set and track KPIs like a pro to track progress and measure improvements.
- Analyze activation data to understand user behaviour and identify areas for improvement.
- Plan and oversee the launch of new features, working with marketing and communications teams to ensure clear messaging and user adoption.
Desired Candidate Profile
- UAE residence or ready for relocation
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with expertise in digital financial services, cards, or mobile banking products.
- Proven track record of managing complex product lifecycles and delivering successful products.
- Resilience and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
- Fluency in English
