Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the launch and scaling of a high-volume transfer products with a strong focus on strategy and execution.
Craft and execute an ambitious product roadmap for an efficient products activation process.
Own the entire product lifecycle - from rare ideas to full-fledged fintech magic.
Work closely with legal, compliance, security and core teams to ensure that products meet local regulations and security standards but without killing innovation - because we are about balance.
Keep an ear to the ground on market trends, user behaviour, and competitors to keep us ahead of the game.
Be the glue between engineering, designers, marketing and compliance making sure everyone's on the same page
Work hand-to-hand with UI/UX wizards to create a smooth and intuitive experience.
Set and track KPIs like a pro to track progress and measure improvements.
Analyze activation data to understand user behaviour and identify areas for improvement.
Plan and oversee the launch of new features, working with marketing and communications teams to ensure clear messaging and user adoption.
Desired Candidate Profile
UAE residence or ready for relocation
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager with some expertise in money transfer products (p2p, local and remittances) or digital financial services and mobile banking.
Proven track record of managing complex product lifecycles and delivering successful products.
Resilience and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
Fluency in English
