Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Define, refine, and clearly communicate the product vision and roadmap
Translate business requirements into epics, features, and user stories with well-defined acceptance criteria
Align cross-functional teams around product goals and business priorities
Write clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria to guide development
Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives)
Support UAT, release planning, and stakeholder communication
Drive stakeholder engagement, backlog prioritization, and roadmap planning
Mentor junior Product Owners and contribute to continuous process improvementQualifications:
Bachelor s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field
5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a Business Analysis role
Strong expertise in Agile / Scrum frameworks
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Figma
Excellent analytical, documentation, prioritization, and communication skills
Strong stakeholder management and decision-making abilities
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor s degree in business, Computer Science, or a related field
5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a Business Analysis role
