Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define the vision and concept development of platforms or technology capabilities
- Lead scrum teams, setting the vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders
- Align delivery roadmaps with strategic goals through analysis of internal and external needs
- Partner with engineering, product, and business teams to maintain a value-driven backlog
- Ensure visibility of ongoing deliveries and support risk management within the Architectural Runway
- Translate architectural use cases and business requirements into actionable tasks for development teams
- Accept or reject sprint outputs and determine feature release timing in coordination with delivery managers
- Advanced stakeholder management and communication techniques
- Agile product ownership and backlog refinement
- Strategic roadmap development and execution
- Risk management in technology enablement
- Cross-functional collaboration across engineering, business, and product teams
Desired Candidate Profile
- Experienced in product management with relevant certifications or work history
- Skilled in Agile methodologies and familiar with tools like JIRA and Azure DevOps
- Emotionally intelligent with strong communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
- Proficient in business analysis, able to simplify complex concepts for decision-making
- Knowledgeable in cloud and digital technologies, with an understanding of build vs. buy strategies
- Experienced in risk management across technology platforms, including compliance, performance, cost, security, and efficiency
- Holds a degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
