Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Owner at Lumin Soft. The Product Owner will be responsible for managing day-to-day tasks related to product management, business analysis, identify needs, manage requirements, and maintain the product backlog. Work with UX designers, provide feedback on UI, and drive continuous product improvement. Operate in an Agile environment, refine priorities, set milestones, and mitigate risks. Create visual diagrams to illustrate requirements and solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Management (Computer Science/Engineering is a plus).
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in technical documentation (BRD, SRS, SRD, Scope of Work).
  • Familiar with diagrams (Use Case, Flowchart, State, Context, Swimlane).
  • Knowledge of DevOps and software development lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently or within a team.
  • Agile certification is a plus
