Job Purpose:

This position is responsible to support the product planning function in overall specification management, pricing and product training thereby ensuring maximum efficiency within set deadline.

Principal Accountabilities:

Study the model year change specifications and create accurate vehicle specifications based on market needs.
Prepare price proposal for new model year with price change justifications.
Prepare product change/ Sales product information tools.
Conduct Product Training based on model change schedule.
Conduct product knowledge test on an annual basis.
Periodic updation of Market Intelligence both Local/ GCC Market.
Timely response to Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC) Product Related Questionnaires.
Create Product Knowledge Mailers to be sent to sales
Assist sales in product related operations & periodically update product / order related MIS.
Submit accurate vehicle master information for new model/specification creation based on model year schedule.
TMC Payment related operations.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor degree
Minimum 5 years of experience
Vehicle technical knowledge
Knowledge on market dynamics and trends
Knowledge in pricing strategy
Planning & organizing
Inventory management
Proficient in Microsoft Excel
