Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Promote and sell medical devices from leading international brands such as Boston Scientific and Johnson & Johnson to hospitals and healthcare facilities.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and technical support to doctors, surgeons, and hospital staff.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions to showcase the benefits and proper use of the devices.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to achieve sales targets and develop effective promotional strategies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in hospitals and clinics to ensure continued satisfaction and support.
- Participate in medical conferences, exhibitions, and workshops to represent AZM s product portfolio.
- Ensure all promotional activities comply with relevant healthcare regulations and company policies.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (biomedical engineering, pharmacy, or medical sciences preferred).
- Proven experience in selling and promoting medical devices, particularly with products from international brands such as Boston Scientific and Johnson & Johnson.
- Strong understanding of medical products and their clinical applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's degree in a related field (biomedical engineering, pharmacy, or medical sciences preferred).
