Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Set marketing plans and annual targets for specific products and coordinate their achievement with the area/country sales teams.
  • Coordinate and sometimes deliver customer training and technical and clinical presentations.
  • Prepare for and lead new product launches and prepare pamphlets, brochures and organizes seminars.
  • Arrange the use of demo equipment for the assigned products.
  • Create and maintain close working relations with suppliers including requesting discounts, demos and other support. Ensure achieving the commitments and suppliers forecasts.
  • Establish and develop close relationships with KOL and leverage the relationship to promote his products with other customers.
  • Support the sales team in closing major sales deals.
  • Play the role of the authority on market intelligence including market size, trends, markets shares, analysis of competitors product offering (including product features, pricing, support, etc.)
  • Report on marketing campaigns and sales achievements.
  • Develop sales and engineering staff s technical knowledge of the assigned products.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Education - Bachelor degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, veterinarian sciences, biomedical/electronic engineering or medicine or related but not limited to.
  • Experience - Minimum 8 years experience in medical sales; Experience in medical product management is a major advantage.
  • Competencies / Skills - Financial/numerical skills; Technical or clinical background; Marketing;Business Planning
  • Additional or Desirable Qualifications - Team player; Adaptable; Passionate about his work; Negotiation skills; Interpersonal and communication skills.
