Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Assure the realization of the daily production plans with the most effective and efficient use of man-power & machinery.
Apply the quality standards in the production activities, and coordinate quality improvements initiatives with quality team.
Ensure proper planning of production and related material on regular basis
Keep the production plans up to date on the ERP systems
Initiate improvements in production efficiency in terms of resources and material
Conduct analysis of production activities performance and reporting to the management team
Ensure effectiveness of production personnel (individual & teams), and report manpower planning & performance to the management
Identify & report production bottlenecks, and initiate the actions necessary to alleviate them and match production capacity with plans.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor degree in Industrial or Mechanical engineering.
Minimum years of experience is 5 years in manufacturing management.
Professional experience in plastic injection, extrusion and / or assembly manufacturing processes.
Good command in English (spoken & Written)
Excellent Leadership, team building, coaching, communication & problem solving skills.
Residents near 10th of Ramadan City are most welcome to apply
