Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising production operations across the Rockwool/Glasswool manufacturing process. Ensures achievement of production targets, quality standards, cost efficiency, and on-time delivery while maintaining a safe and optimized working environment.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and control daily production activities across melting, fiberizing, curing, and packaging sections.

  • Ensure production targets, efficiency, and quality parameters are achieved as per plan.

  • Supervise production teams and allocate manpower effectively.

  • Monitor equipment performance and coordinate with maintenance to reduce downtime.

  • Implement and maintain process controls to ensure product consistency and minimize waste.

  • Support production planning and raw material scheduling in coordination with relevant departments.

  • Analyze production data and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

  • Ensure adherence to ISO, HSE, and company quality standards.

  • Drive continuous improvement and cost-saving initiatives.

  • Train and guide production operators for skill enhancement and process discipline.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Chemical / Industrial Engineering.

  • 5 10 years of experience in Rockwool, Glasswool, or mineral wool manufacturing.

  • Strong leadership and coordination skills.

  • Knowledge of process control, quality systems, and production planning.

  • Proficient in MS Office, ERP, or production management systems.
