Duties & Responsibilities:

• Dispensing of Raw materials according to Manufacturing Orders Received from Planning
• Follow up receiving primary packaging materials.
• Follow up machine filling rates.
• Complete filling stage in batch record.
• Follow up recording in logbooks.
• Monitoring of RH%, Temp., and P inside area.
• Ensure that all rules & regulations regarding GMP are followed.
• Monitors safety programs to eliminate industrial accidents.
• Ensures that plant facilities, utilities, and equipment are maintained well to meet production plan.
• Attending startup of all production activities and ensure that the product complies with specs.
• Attend the preparation step as it is the main and most important step after ensuring the cleanliness of the machines used.
• Preparing the Disinfectant which is used sanitizing of all machines and equipment s in production plant.
• Responsible for daily and monthly calibration of balances in production areas.
• Responsible for manufacturing product with high Quality and productivity time and Yield within limits.
