Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a skilled strong>Production Support Specialist/strong> to join our dynamic technology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in enterprise application support, troubleshooting, and system integration, with a proactive approach to maintaining production stability and performance.
strong>- Technical Expertise:/strong>
- Deep understanding of application architectures, databases, and integration methodologies.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues in production environments.
- Proficiency in relational databases (e.g., Oracle, SQL Server) and SQL querying.
- Hands-on experience with IIS (Internet Information Services) and application lifecycle management.
- Practical knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS, including deployment and monitoring.
- Familiarity with .NET applications and ability to debug source code.
- Experience with scripting and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
- Understanding of ITIL or similar service management frameworks is a plus.
Desired Candidate Profile

- Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in application or production support, with proven senior or lead-level responsibilities.
