Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Role Overview:
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Program Manager / Program Director to lead large-scale, complex transformation programs across digital, custom platform development, and ERP landscapes. This role requires a strategic leader with deep consulting experience, proven expertise in managing enterprise accounts, and strong exposure to the GCC market, particularly Saudi Arabia (KSA). The ideal candidate will have successfully led multi-million-dollar transformation programs, engaged with C-level stakeholders, and driven governance through steering committees while ensuring business value realization.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Leadership:
- Lead end-to-end delivery of large transformation programs spanning digital platforms, custom-built solutions, and ERP implementations.
- Oversee multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Account & Stakeholder Management:
- Manage and grow large strategic accounts with full P&L responsibility.
- Build strong relationships with executive stakeholders, including CXOs and board-level sponsors.
Transformation Delivery:
- Drive enterprise-wide transformation initiatives including:
- Custom platform development programs (highly preferred)
- ERP transformation (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent)
- Ensure integration of business processes, technology, and organizational change.
Governance & Steering Committees:
- Lead and actively participate in Steering Committee meetings.
- Establish robust governance frameworks, reporting structures, and escalation mechanisms.
Consulting & Advisory:
- Provide strategic advisory to clients on digital transformation roadmaps, operating models, and technology adoption.
- Bring thought leadership in transformation best practices within the GCC region.
Team Leadership:
- Lead cross-functional, global teams including delivery, architecture, and consulting units.
- Mentor senior managers and build high-performing program teams.
Risk & Financial Management:
- Manage program risks, dependencies, and financials proactively.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 18+ years of experience in IT/Business consulting with a strong focus on transformation programs.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital , Cloud and ERP transformation programs.
- Strong experience managing custom platform development programs.
- Extensive experience in ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Demonstrated experience in handling large enterprise accounts.
- Prior experience in leading Steering Committees and executive governance forums.
- Strong consulting background with top-tier or well-established consulting firms.
GCC & KSA Experience (Mandatory/Preferred):
- Significant experience working in the GCC region, with strong preference for KSA exposure.
- Understanding of regional business practices, regulatory landscape, and cultural nuances.
- Experience working with government entities, large enterprises, or giga-projects in KSA is a strong advantage.
Preferred Certifications:
- PMP / PgMP / Prince2
- Agile / SAFe certifications
- ERP certifications (SAP/Oracle) added advantage
