Senior Project Architect

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage project teams, including architects, designers, and consultants, to deliver successful projects on time and within budget.
• Oversee the development and execution of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and consultants to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Utilize strong technical knowledge and proficiency in Revit to develop and review detailed drawings and documentation.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design intent and quality standards.
• Manage project risks and issues, implementing effective mitigation strategies as needed.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project team members, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Prepare and present project status reports, updates, and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure project deliverables meet or exceed client expectations, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor s or Master s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
• Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in architecture, with at least 5 years of UAE experience working on large-scale, high-end hospitality and residential projects.
• Proficiency in Revit and other relevant design software.
• Strong technical knowledge of architecture, construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Proven experience leading and managing project teams, including architects and consultants.
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• PMP certification preferred but not essential.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• UAE driving license is essential.
