Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and timelines.
Develop and execute change management strategies to support successful project implementation and adoption.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements, scope, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure successful outcomes.
Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
Conduct impact assessments and readiness evaluations to prepare teams for upcoming changes.
Develop and deliver training materials and support resources to ensure smooth transitions.
Track and report on project and change management metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements throughout project lifecycles.
Drive a culture of innovation, adaptability, and continuous improvement within project teams.
Desired Candidate Profile
1-3 years of experience in project management, change management, or a related field.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience working in an office-based environment with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to adapt to evolving priorities and manage ambiguity.
Proficiency in project management software and collaboration tools.
Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive team culture.
