Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare project execution plans, schedules, and resource allocation as per the scopes, drawings & specifications.
Lead and coordinate project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers
Act as the main point of contact with clients, consultants, and stakeholders
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones
Control project costs and ensure adherence to approved budgets
Review and
Report project variations and change orders
Implement and maintain quality assurance and quality control standards
Resolve technical & operational issues effectively
Conduct regular site meetings and prepare progress reports
Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover activities
Maintain proper project documentation and records.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field is required.
Valid UAE driving license is required.
Minimum 5 years of work experience in the UAE is required.
Proficiency in project management software (such as MS Project, Primavera, etc.) will be an added advantage.
