Lead project engineering activities with a strong focus on project management, schedule adherence, and cost control to ensure successful delivery within approved budgets and timelines.

Develop, review, and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including QA/QC records, technical procedures, and compliance reports.
Prepare, analyze, and interpret engineering specifications, drawings, plans, and design packages to support project execution.
Oversee site operations, including supervision of labor, coordination of material and equipment deliveries, and development of detailed execution and coordination plans.
Conduct routine site inspections to verify compliance with engineering standards, project specifications, and quality requirements.
Support continuous forecasting of project costs, revenue, and margins, ensuring accurate financial visibility throughout the project lifecycle.
Review and interpret engineering drawings to prepare cost estimates and evaluate scope impacts.
Assess and evaluate subcontractor and supplier proposals to ensure technical and commercial alignment with project requirements.
Enforce safety standards and ensure strict adherence to HSE procedures across all on-site activities.
Monitor and evaluate design modifications, assessing their cost, schedule, and constructability impacts.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in project engineering within the EPC sector, preferably in oil & gas, petrochemicals, or refining industries.
• Bachelor s Degree in Engineering.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, multidisciplinary EPC projects from inception to completion.
• Strong knowledge of engineering design, procurement, and construction management processes.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated ability to manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement and team collaboration.
• Familiarity with relevant industry codes, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in project management software and engineering tools.
• Ability to work onsite and adapt to dynamic project environments.
• Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
