Job Objectives
- Support Contract Manager in implementation and completion of execution ensuring appropriate reporting and governance is in place
- Focus on client interactions to uncover additional support opportunities, driving business growth.
- Serve as the central point of contact for expats and local national staff, managing their activities, addressing issues, and resolving concerns.
- Demands expertise and experience in the relevant technical or functional domain, along with an understanding of associated business challenges.

Expected:
- Engineering or Business Degree or equivalent qualification
Knowledge, skills and experience:
- 8+ years of relevant professional experience
- Good Communication skills
- The highest standard of ethical integrity
- Good understanding of financial responsibility and administration
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work independently.
- Demonstrate strong facilitation, negotiation and networking skills.
- Strong decision making skills.
- Ability to produce quality work with a high degree of accuracy, handle changes in priorities and coordinate work on multiple tasks.
- Good judgment, high degree of initiative and ability to work independently.
- Provide quality field office support and operations compliance with Wood procedures.
- Ability to delegate tasks and ensure they are executed as planned.
- Basic knowledge and experience of stakeholder and requirements management.
- Knows how to calculate costs and has some experience of producing planned and actual cost and invoicing needs.
- Basic knowledge of contract models, purpose, value in risk management and the consequences of default.
- Awareness of national and international quality assurance standards.
- Knowledge of the company specific and general industry practices in locating and acquiring sub-contract goods and services.
- Knowledge of the relevant national and international legal, regulatory, ethical, and social requirements and consequences of non-compliance.
